As a UK applicant, can I get a copy of my birth certificate apostilled, rather than the original?

  If you can get your birth certificate apostilled without notarizing then that should be fine because the main importance is the apostille.

• When I send the CBC and diploma I only sent the apostilled version and not my originals, correct?

  Correct, we just need a photocopy of BA diploma including Apostille stamp on it. Original Diploma is not necessary. However you need to obtain Apostille on the original copy of CBC.

• Will I need to send a copy of my PGCE certificate or a copy of my teaching certificate (which says I have qualified teacher status)? Or both?

  You will have to notarized and apostille your PGCE since it will be same as your BA Diploma and instead of TEFL certi, you will have to send photocopy of your teaching certification that is not apostilled.
