EPIK is not accept photocopies of the recommendation letters. so you have to ask your reference to mail it to you. however, referees can always print out their own letters that they write, right? sorry I cannot get this part.
To upload in the application, it may have ink signatures. However, when you're asked to submit all the required docs after passing your EPIK interview, the letters must have ink signatures from your references.
