How to get a vaccine pass in Korea (Coov app)

Foreigners who were fully vaccinated abroad are able to get a vaccine Pass in Korea. 
*ARC required 

First, if you have a document with the seal of an institution or a doctor's signature issued in a foreign country, visit the nearest public health center(보건소) to register your vaccination record and request a vaccines certificate. 

Second, If you have a vaccination record card by a foreign national institution, visit the nearest public health center(보건소) to register your vaccination record and request vaccines certification.

However, If you have been vaccinated in a foreign country but do not bring any of certificates, you need to request the issuance of a vaccination certificate from the medical institution where you were vaccinated. After that, you need to bring the certificate and visit the public health center(보건소) to register your vaccinated record. 

You can get a vaccines certification(Vaccine pass) at 
1. Coov application 2. Paper Vaccines certification 3. Sticker certification. 




IF you have ARC, then you can use the coov app through kakao talk application as well. 

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ARC! (Passport holder), 
You cannot use coov app you need to get a paper certificate from the public health center (Process is same as above).
