I have studied abroad and my university only shows credits obtained as that is how my universities system counts towards my GPA since its a different country, what should I do?

• On my transcript, I took a college class at another college to count towards my university credits. However, it does not state the class or grade I received. Will I need to get the transcript from this college in addition to my university transcript?
