  Yes that's ok. Monument visa accept digital copy of CBC apostille as well

• When I send the CBC and diploma I only sent the apostilled version and not my originals, correct?

  Correct, we just need a photocopy of BA diploma including Apostille stamp on it. Original Diploma is not necessary. However you need to obtain Apostille on the original copy of CBC.

• Do we just send the apostille itself to Korvia? Or do we need to get official copies of the documents being apostilled and send those too?

• If I had my degree scanned and sent to monument visa and they apostilled that it that acceptable?

  yes scanned copy of Degree will be notarized and apostilled by Monument visa. which is totally acceptable.
