If I transfer the college, do I have to prepare transcript from both?
The record of having accumulated the proper total of college credits needs to appear on your transcript. If you check on your student portal and look at your unofficial transcript, the record of all of your university credits should appear on your one transcript.
If your university transcript can prove that you were at the institution for 3-4 years for your Bachelor's degree then you will not need to send in more than one college transcript. However, if it appears that only 2 years appear on one university transcript and the other years appear on your other college transcript, then both your university transcripts will need to be submitted.
