  You better start to obtain recommendation letters now.

• Are we going onto the EPIK website and submitting our application or are we submitting the application to Korvia to review?

  -       You will have to go through EPIK's website but choose Korvia as a classification. Then we will review your application on EPIK site. 

• For the letters of recommendation there has to be an ink signature? I only have the digital signature and the my University shut down and it will be difficult to get it mailed to me.

  To upload in the application, it may have ink signatures. However, when you're asked to submit all the required docs after passing your EPIK interview, the letters must have ink signatures from your references.

• Do we just fill out the application or are we meant to email the recommendation letters with the application as well?

   yes, by the time you are filling out the application, you need to submit your recommendation letters as well
